i have spent 2 hours reading about what you guys prefer for different setups. lets make sure i got this straight. in the 12's on compression , trick flow heads with a 300 shot. i am looking at these so far.

does this look right or does something need to change?

 

NGK -9 is what I was reccomended for any more than a 150 shot and similar compression. I am trying the -7 right now and they're good with 150, maybe more but testing will tell.
