Should this work?
Should this work?
This is how my system is wired, but I can't seem to get it to work. This should work shouldn't it? Any suggestions on doing it different?

Re: Should this work?
Yeah, we need the relay numbers and which rpm window switch are you using? Do you have a fuel pressure safety switch installed as well?
To isolate the problem, you can jumper each component out one at a time.

Re: Should this work?
No fpss, MSD window switch 3000-5800. Relay is supplying power to solenoids when all switches are made, grounds all good.
Seems to be working....I thought I would "feel" a difference. I don't. I took the CAI off, got a flashlight dicconected one solenoid at a time, had the wife come out and rev to 3500 while I tripped the WOT switch, saw it spray all three times ( once just the fuel sol., once the nitrous sol., once when they both were hooked up.) Plus it had that "smell". Also has that "smell" when driving so I'm assuming all is working. I'm going to have to get it to the track or race a friend to see the difference. Its jetted for a 100 shot...might bump it up to 150.

I did find a leak on the fitting on bottle that the line connects to. The larger threaded portion was leaking...don't how long or much. I always keep valve off unless I'm ready to spray. I know this is a stupid question...how do you know when your bottle is getting low? By the way..once I got it to 900...still didn't feel any difference.
Re: Should this work?
If it took an hour to warm up to 900psi it appears you
are low on nitrous. The best way to find out if your bottle is
low is to weigh it. If you have a ten pound bottle it should
weigh ~14lbs empty and 24-25lbs full. I try to have at least
5lbs of nitrous in my bottle for it work properly.
Another way to test your nitrous is to purge it. If it comes
out snowy white then it's good to go. If mainly air comes out,
time for a refill.
