Should I spray without my MSD, or wait until I get it fixed

I've always sprayed the car with my MSD Digital 6, Window switch, MSD coil, etc.

Well, after 2 years of running, my Digital 6 died on me. Sent it back to MSD, and they sent me a new one free (they made a mistake, lol). Couple weeks later, this one fried (I've checked all the wiring and even installed a new wiring harness).

Anyway, I finally got my car sorted out with the heads/cam, and I'm ready to spray it. But I'm running around without my Digital 6. I am also running the stock coil again, vs. my MSD coil (was having ignition related problems, all fixed now, so I'll probably toss the coil back in). Before, I was pulling 3 degrees of timing with the Digital 6.

I'm gonna tune the car a little more tomorrow, and start with a 75 shot, and work my way back up to a 150. The car hasn't been getting any false knock or real knock on 94 Octane N/A, so I'm in the clear so far. I used to run TR6's, but this last time I tossed in some Autolite 104's, gapped to .039.

What's everyone think? Car now has fresh wires/plugs (internally shorted wire and another wire showing high resistance were causing my misfires). I've inspected all of my wires, and checked the resistances on all of them. The plugs are all fresh, vented Opti is new, and overall, my "stock" ignition system should be in great shape.

Currently, I have my window switch set up to cut off at 6600 RPM. Normally N/A I have been shifting at around 6800, since the top end should really be good for 7000-7200, but I don't want to overly push the stock bottom end. Of course, my stock rev limiter has been moved up accordingly. Running stock fuel pressure regulator, 30# SVO's, and a Walbro 255 intank. Running basic NX wet kit w/ all the goodies.

So am I taking a chance without the MSD box? I'll probably just stick with a 75 or 100 shot for now (don't have jets for 125 on hand, and 150 is about the max I'm going to allow myself to go with the heads/cam).

Up to a 100 shot you should be ok without the retard, but will your window switch be functional without the MSD? hmmm...
Better safe than sorry, and wait on the box..

Yes, the window switch is fully functional. I've done a full test on the entire system, and everything is functional (window switch settings, WOT switch, solenoids are working fine, etc.).

I will probably only play with the 75 shot today. I loaned my 15lb bottle to someone, and only have a 10lb bottle to play with, and no heater, so I gotta heat the bottle in the bathtub, and god knows how long that will stay warm.

Well, I sprayed a 75 shot today. Good and bad news.

The car took to it well. I had never sprayed that small of a shot before, so add to that the extra power my car has with heads/cam, it felt REALLY small.

Car didn't pull any timing from it, and the jetting seemed to have the proper fuel size, so that's cool.

On like the 3rd run, though, it started to stumble. I'm not sure if the nitrous was kicking in/out or what. The car was/still is running great N/A, so I'm guessing I have a loose wire or something on my WOT switch. I'd assume that is it.

I guess I'll try a 100 shot next, and go from there!
