Performance Costs of Nitrous Plugs/Gap
Performance Costs of Nitrous Plugs/Gap
I'm wondering what determent it is to have TK 56 plugs w/ a gap designed for nitrous on a non-nitrous car vs having normal gap and proper heat range plugs.

Maybe there is one, but not from what I can tell. My best pass NA was with the TR6s. But then again, I think I read a slightly colder plug helps with more hp than stock. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks
I run the TR6's gapped at .032 . I have not seen much of a difference on NA runs now from NA runs before the plugs. Maybe I just have not noticed. I also switch between two tunes, one for N2O and one for NA. The N2O tune has timing pulled. I was told theres probably about a 7-10hp loss when running the N2O tune but not spraying.
So there isn't much different? Also, nitro dave now that you happen to be on here, how much would it cost to buy a single nozzle wet kit for 100-125 hp w/ a fuel safety switch and window switch?
