Odd Nitrous question.

Can Install my NX kit without filling the bottle and safety check everything when I am able to fill the bottle? I want to install it today, but I don't get paid till the 30th.

Yeah, that is an odd question

Yes, you can install a nitrous system without having the bottle full.
