I bought a universal kit off a buddy and have been piecing together the entire kit before install that way I have everything set.

WOrd on the street (or track rather) is that I have to have the blow-down tube kit since I am mounting it inside the car.

The top off the bottle has four outlets on the valve.

- main nozzle
- one smaller one blocked by an allen wrench plug (like a diff plug) on each side (left and right)
- a plug covered by a rubber disk, with a small hole in it on the back (but the cover isn't on it in the picture)

Where did I mount this blow down kit?

Where did you guys mount your bottle at?

I am planning to mount it on the hump between the rear seats unless I put it behind the driver's seat since stereo is in the back and I refuse to take the spare out.

You will remove this fitting. Then the NHRA fitting will take its place. The NHRA fitting is threaded on both ends. The outside thread is a -8. Now your blow down tube will screw directly on to this fitting.

Thanks! The guy who I bought it had the whole thing hard wired to a switch that was laying on his floor that he kicked....

On top of that, the bottle has no gauge, and no blow down tube.

I was already looking at that bracket, but how does it mount to the car? Does it come with hardware? If not, what do you suggest?

 

Yes the bracket comes with the mounting hard ware. You will drill 4 holes and the unit bolts in.
