Check your wiring, fuel pressure safety switch, and test the solenoid with diret current. Best thing to do is start with the simple stuff set up, then start adding safety features while testing in between each.

The 30 amp is plenty to run both solenoids.

Can you give more info on the problem?

It does sound like the FPSS needs to be adjusted down some, or possibly relocated to a different spot. It needs to be as far away from the solenoid as possible or it will see a drop in the fuel pressure and pulsate the solenoid.

You could bypass the FPSS and test it, if the FPSS is causing the problem that will show it. IMHO the best place to put the FPSS in the system is after the solenoid, should the fuel solenoid fail in the closed position it'll shut off the N2O.

I would definately not advise you to run your system without the FPSS, unless it is being done somehow without putting the nitrous through the motor. If there is something wrong with your fuel system then you will have a much bigger problem.

By the way which sol is pulsing?

True,,,,,,I should have clarified to test it by putting the nozzle in a jar and stuffing a rag in. Start car and while holding hoses in jar activate WOT switch. Somehow I figured everyone would have an idea of how to test it like that.

And change the fuel filter at regular intervals.

Guys, correct me if Im wrong here...but isnt that the way the N2O solinoid works ....or is does it pulse only when a controller is used.

If you put the FPSS after the solenoid, it will never see pressure, hence never open. The way the switch works is it is a closed loop when it sees enough pressure (whatever it is set to) and if that pressure drops below the set psi, the switch goes open which breaks the circuit cutting off power to both solenoids.

A solenoid is pulsed only when using a controller, otherwise it is full open and the pill at the nozzle does the work of limiting the volume.
