nx 150 shot, do i need a fuel system upgrade??

I'm going to spray 100 shots all day long, i know the car can take it easily. However, if i jet to a 150 shot, do i need fuel system upgrade??? Or should i be fine. Anyone doing a 150 shot in a stock fuel system here??? Thanks

Stock fuel system fine for a 150shot. I have around 400 crankhp and a 150 on stock fuel sys. with no probs.

Seems to be hit and miss. I was getting a pressure drop on the 150 shot. So I upgraded. Obviously a beteer fuel system is the safest way to go. But there's plenty of guys who've done it for years on the stock pump.

Thanks guys, but IMO I'm not gonna cheap out on a $200 pump compared to a engine rebuild, thats the way i think about it. If it's on the edge of the stock fuel system, better safe then sorry. Later.

if you spray 150 on the Stock pump, make sure you have a FPSS! I think i am going to rejet to the 150 shot this week and test it on the dyno to check my A/F before doing it regularly.

FUEL PRESSURE SAFETY SWITCH.

Get an adjustable one, and set it right below your WOT fuel pressure (should be around 44psi, so set it for around 40-42 psi).

Honestly, I ran mine a couple of years on a 150 shot w/ a 100% stock fuel system without problems, internally stock car. I didn't even run a FPSS; just have an electric fuel pressure gauge in my A-pillar.

lol, you got some big ***** dude, 150 shot WITHOUT a fpss, hahaha, your either really confident in the fuel system, or your not a bright kid, lol, jk. I did get a FPSS, i just want more fuel, more is better,
