Re: not running right

yeah it was the spark plug wire arcing. forgot to update this one as i have been in lt1tech as of late.
i will give an update saturday as that day i will have the car on the dyno and also will have the fuel pressure gauge strapped to the windshield. hopefully all goes well.
few hours ago i ran a 60 shot and it didnt miss a beat, put the 150 in and it started breaking up throughout rpms, so i am leaning towards fuel pump. BUT this bottle might be near empty or empty. as i have been messing with it alot lately.

i have never ran a bottle empty, usually filled it up before that ever happened. so what to look for or feel? i know it wont have the power, but will it act up at all?
peace

Re: not running right

update:
3 weeks ago i put the fuel pump in, that cleaned up my A/F. but now it is running rich. but atleast i have fuel now.
this morning i put the opti in. that was the problem. and nitrous it is doing what its supposed to. it pops at first for a sec, then clears right up. but i had the nozzle pointing down ( the one thing i didnt do when i put the car back together from opti swap). so i am thinking that after i straighten that out, it shouldnt do it anymore.
leaning towards with the nozzle that way, the fuel was building up.

anyway, opti solved my missing, surging, backfiring problems. also my choppy idle is gone.
