I probably won't be racing though...still have not replaced the tires yet

Run the thing most likely the last time you will be able to this year and ask joe if he wants me to drive his so he can see what it looks like on the 1/4

 

I'd rather experience it from the drivers seat!!!!

I'm not sure if I'll even run it now beings it's my only mode of transportation..........the tranny finally gave out in the '91 I guess it was bound to happen, 210,000 miles I shouldnt complain too much! I just barely made it home from work last night. Aaaah, who am I kidding, I know I'll get down there and have to make at least one nitrous pass!!! Who knows, I might get to replace TWO transmissions after this trip!! So where are we meeting and what time???? Is Charlie in for this one? I'll have to email him. Let me know what the final plans are!! Later.

Joe, sorry about the tranny. A buddy of mine has a 700R4, that supposedly was rebuilt, it needs put back together. He would probably sell it for next to nothing. Also, my brother in law has several (or had several) 3rd gen V8 cars. He should at least have one good transmission out there. Send me an email and we'll see if we can get you one. Yeah and what time Saturday and where?
