NOS kit micro switch?

Ok, my friends NOS kit isn't working..... we think it's because the micro switch isn't touching the throttle when it's WOT. It is touching the recoil spring, however. Will the recoil spring trigger it?

Why dont you bypass the switch and see if that is the problem. I have had nothing but trouble with generic WOT switches. The cheasy brackets they come with like to bend...

It would make more sense to get a micro switch with bracket that is specifically made for your type car.......you could check here

NOS makes an electronic WOT switch, that simply splices into the stock TPS harness wires..... very reliable, no moving parts.
