NOS bottle heater wiring ?'s

I bought a NOS bottle heater off of one of my friends and I didn't get the wiring instructions with it.

Can anyone tell me how to hook the heater up?

The blue wire goes to the heating pad, the red wire to the arming switch, the green wire goes to the thermostat then to ground, and the orange to the battery. The left over white wire on the pad goes to ground.
