NOS 58mm Throttle Body - Good or bad?
I was looking through my Jegs catalog today and saw in the Nitrous & Accessories section an LT1 58mm throttle body made by NOS. Its just the TB though, no kit, for $510. A bit steep, but 58mm TBs are already $300...
I haven't heard anything about this, I was suprised to see something new in there.
Anyways, just wanted opinions, maybe some of you are using these.
I'm guessing you'd just buy a dry nitrous kit and use the TB instead of the jets and other items in the kit?
And compared to a 5176 or other dry kit, do you think it will perform better? Easier to change jets? More reliable? Or is it just a nice little easy package?

I have one and I like it a bunch because of the stealth factor. No one can tell that I have nitrous on the car due to the line being under so many vaccuum lines. If you don't care about stealth save the money and buy a plate system or just use a nozzle.
Hope this helps.
