Nitrous question!!!!

I've got a nitrous set up question. I've got a stock LT1, 3.73 gears and an auburn limited slip with a cold air intake set up and it has the steel elbow to the throttlebody. I was thinking of mounting a fogger nozzle 150hp pills in this elbow before the throttlebody in the center so that both banks get the charge. Just curious about if there is a spot to tap in for fuel pressure for the fuel solenoid, what spark plugs are recommended to be used, and is this even a feasible set up idea or is there something different I should be doing, and do you guys have pictures of your nitrous set ups to give me an idea of what I should be shooting for, TIA,
Mike

I posted a thread a couple weeks ago showing off the new sytem in my LT1. I hope you like it. If you need any help, just let me or any other of the knowledgable LT1 guys know.

you will pull the fuel supply off the fuel rail at the back of the intake....there is a test port there...once you remove the schrader valve from the port (using a valve core remover) you can attach the 4an feed line directly to the fuel rail

150 hp, yes you can do it, recommended by most idk. IMO Id start with 100-125 and see how it goes. Make sure that you run all of the safety equipment so that have a failsafe plan. Run a fuel pressure safety switch, if you havent bought the ignition yet then let me recommend the mallory 685 box. You will need to retard the timing and have a window switch. The mallory box will be able to do all of these. Also most people run NGK TR6 plugs gapped at .035. You tap into the fuel on the shrader valve at the back of the intake.

I made a thread of my dual nozzle setup here, also tapped into an aftermarket elbow. http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...lenoid+bracket

Also...I agree with Mosh. I would stick with a 100hp shot and see how it does. 150hp might be pushing it on a stock internal motor. Many have done it, but if you want the motor to last you awhile I wouldn't risk it. Run all the safety stuff listed above and you will be fine.
