We have an N2O Tech forum... I'll move your post there. Many people spray both wet and dry nitrous 125-150HP, on the stock LT1 manifold and rotating assembly with no problems. How you do it will affect your end results. There are FAQ's on the N2O Tech forum that cover basic nitrous info.

No one can tell you how to block the exhaust manifold for AIR and EGR unless you tell us what year your car is.... there are three different configurations of the connections used on the LT1 from 93-97.

Why not add a "signature" showing basic info about your car.... year, model, engine, tranny and any major mods?

You have three connections on your exhaust manifolds. There's an AIR injection port on top of each manifold, that can be plugged with an M22 oil drain plug, with copper gasket. There is a single EGR connection (exhaust riser tube) on the rear of the passenger side manifold. That gets blocked with a bolt-on plate. sjmmanufacturing.com sells the blocking plates. You also want to consider plates for the EGR valve hole, if that has been physically removed, and (optional) add a cover plate to the intake manifold connection for the exhaust riser tube.

To add a "signature", so you don't have to type the info over again for every post, click on "User CP" on the red bar at the top of any page, then "edit signature".

The steel oil drain plugs and aluminum EGR blanking plates will not melt, if that's what you were asking about.
