Need help with built in window switch on Mallory 685...

The instructions that came with ym Mallory 685 ignition box didn't cover ANY of the aspects of operation. I was wondering if anyone could walk me through a couple things. I need to know how to pull timing for N20 use, and how to use the built in window switch. I'm going to the dyno this saturday with hopes of breaking 600 RWHP, but not without a window swich or being able to pull some timing!

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

To activate the high speed timing retard, you need to connect the yellow wire to a 12 volt supply, output from the relay to the solenoids is good. Adjustment is done in mode 3 from 1-15 degrees in 0.1 increments.
For the window switch, the violet wire should be connected to the ground side of the nitrous relay or the ground side of the FPSS and is adjusted in modes 5 & 6. The unit provides ground in the set range and is open otherwise.

Thanks a ton man! Should the yellow wire only see voltage when I want to engage the timing retard?

The violet wire supplies ground in the specified RPM range, what about the other 2 wires? The instructions say the three wires (violet, and 2 colors I don't recall at the moment) are for the RPM activated switch.

Thanks again!
