Post N2O Jets

I just bought a car with a super powershot NOS system, and the nitrous solenoid wasn't working. So upon fixing the solenoid I noticed that there was no jet between the solenoid and the carb plate. I took the fuel solenoid off and there was a jet there. This system is adjustable from 100 to 150 I think. Is there supposed to be a jet in there? I'm new to the NOS so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is this a Carb system or? On a Carb Plate, normally the jet is put into the fitting on the plate itself that connects to the line from the solenoid(s)....
