Post n2o cutting on and off........

Went through 4 bottles with no probs at all, got this last one filled (managed to get 11.3lbs in it) and when I hit it the n2o was cutting on & off. Didnt happen every time, maybe 3 out of 5 times though. I've got new everything(tr-6's, wires, ign.,fuel filter). I looked through to the n2o filter and it looked clean(think I put to much sealer on the fitting, having a hard time getting it out to get a closer look) the nitrous line isnt kinked no where. Could it be the amount of pressure I got in my bottle? Seems like that would be better, when it did hit right it felt a whole lot harder. Would I hurt anything if I bypassed the fpss to see if fuel pres. is the prob. I was thinking about unhooking the lines and hitting the spray while I put the lines in a jar or something similar. How safe is doing that? Will the fuel come out way to fast to catch in a container, probally just let the n2o spray in the air I just dont know. The motor itself seems to be running just fine. What about the window switch, I know it works cause it hits right at the 3K mark like its supposed to, any way to bypass that. Plan on driving bout 70 miles to a race today and dont need any probs. that far from home. Thanks guys.

Odds are, it's your FPSS. The test you want to do with pulling the lines out will work fine. You need to hold the lines though, the nitrous line will "kick" but sure, point it in the air. The fuel line won't kick, and it won't shoot all the way across the garage or anything, but point it into a pile of rags or something. Assuming your fuel pump is working okay, try the same test without the FPSS in the circuit (just connect the two FPSS wires together) and see if anything changes. I can't think of a connection from this problem to your higher bottle pressure though.
