N20 Safe for my Internals?

I have a 1999 Z-28 A-4 LS1 with 27,800 miles on it and would like to put a nitrous kit on it this summer. a kit thats not too crazy or anything but maybe like a 75-125 shot or something, just to give it a nice little kick, and was wondering if my motor could handle the pressure, as far as my motor goes, I have all stock internals, and need to know if I need to upgrade anything before I put a N20 kit on just so I dont blow it up, I wouldnt be using it as like a daily thing, more for the track and or dyno, so it would be used sparingly i guess, not just whenever I feel like goin fast, any help with this would be greatly appreciated, also any info on a good quality kit and everything I would need to go with it would also be appreciated. thanks.
