Stock bottom end lt1 100-150 shot... say it makes power up to 7k. Is it safe to spray to that high of an rpm on the stock bottom end???

If you spray it till 7k you will be picking the pieces up shortly after. I think most people spray about 300 rpms before they shift..

Seriously doubt you are gaining power that high up with a stock bottom end. Even if you had a 250 / .650 + cam.

You will have tiny pieces in the end. N20 usually brings down the shift point a decent amount.

When I was stockish with just full exhaust @ 275whp I sprayed 150 shot and peaked HP @ 4500 rpms. There will be so much tq that you dont need to spin high on your setup. I spray till 6500 now with an 847.

Stock bottom end I would say no.

What else is done? Just trying to figure out where the 7k or 6500 is coming from?
