Mallory modes.

What should I set all my modes at on my mallory 685? I have an NX nitrouse kit.

Mode 1: what do I set it at? My engine is internally stock
Mode 2:...I don't think I need to set this
Mode 3: 2 degrees per 50 hp shot right?
Mode 4: I don't know what the start retard value is.
Mode 5 and 6: 3000-5600 right?
Mode 7: don't need this
Mode 8: don'y need this
Mode 9: set at 8 cyl.
Mode A: don't need this.

Set mode 1 (main rev limiter) to 100 rpm lower than the pcm controlled limit, this is to avoid lean condition at the top end with n2o.
Set mode 4 (start retard) to the minimum, the pcm will do it for you, this is usefull on older cars.
You are fine with the rest of them.

The stock rev limiter is 5800, right? so set it at 5700.
