Well, I decided I didn't wanna mess with routing all the wires to move it to the trunk. So I went down to radio shack, picked me up a fairly small 12 volt fan, cut a hole in the back of my glovebox and mounted it. The fan works great, keeps it nice and cool. I will try to get a pic up sometime today. I just ran the positive side over to my fuse box where my shift light is hooked up so it only gets power when the car is running or the key is in the on position.
I ran a MSD 6A and a Crane PS-91 coil for 50K miles with my original opti with no issues. I put a new opti in when I rebuilt my engine (old one was still going strong). I presently have 41K miles on my present opti with a Crane HI-6R ignition and the Crane PS-91 coil, no opti issues.
