lt1 direct port pics

this is the first one i ever done and i had a blast doing it. now i understand y so many people are so proud of their work after their intake is completed.

for future reference to anyone, do not try to put the fogger nozzles where the empty holes are on the top of the runner, it doesnt work, the nozzle and the line hits the valve covers.

Looks good for a first time....but with a little work/a different nozzle they will fit in the original location

MY LT4 intake has Pirana's in the bottom

It looks good. did you make sure to clear all the linkage and every thing?

everything is clearanced for stock linkage and wiring.

that is really clean but i couldnt afford to do it that way, i did my whole kit for approx 500 dollars, thanks to madman and thunder racing and lalt1 from this site for supplying the misc parts.

That manifold also appears to have had bungs welded on and is using annular nozzles which would have added to his cost.

yeah from what i hear the price of ss annular nozzles aren't a good thing to look at if yo uhave a bank account like me, with nothing in it.

Nice job.... My first plumbing Job was horible. We through it ion the trash at the end of the day.lol

FYI.
We have put Pirahna nozzles down in your original location With out using bungs. You have to get it just right though. And sometimes you have to go in the runner and remove some material to make sure the discharge clears.
Now the Vortech style nozzles should go there alot easier.
