Do you have a fuel pressure gauge hooked up? Do you have an aftermarket ignition? Are you retarding timing when on spray?

whats the bottle pressure when running? You should have your tune set up for all motor. You do not need to pull timing with a 100 shot.

This might be kind of obvious, but do you have the right jets for the right things?

I once put my fuel jets on the nitrous side and the nitrous jets on the fuel side...basically it gives you about a 25 shot with enough fuel for a 250 shot

It did the same thing.

I would put a FP gauge on it and make sure the fuel pressure doesn't dip under WOT or the spray. If it does, your pump most likely isn't keeping up.

pulling timing for the 100 shot will depend on how aggressive the timing is for NA use.

as stated before it would help to know what the Fuel pressure is doing upon activation, and what the A/F is during the pull.

If you don't purge the line sometimes the fuel can reach before the nitrous does and cause it to bog right when you hit it and then pick back up.

Looks like you found your problem, sounds like you need a pump. You may want to verify what your FPSS is set at as well. If your fuel pressure is dropping to 25psi and your FPSS isn't cutting off the nitrous system, then you may need to tweak it some.

he might only have the fpss to cut off the nitrous solenoid only.
