Lean the car out with tuning for TR6's?
My car hates the TR6 plugs(.035) when it's cold out. It loads up big time until it heats up which takes a good 10 min. It idles like a caddy when I have stock copper plugs in it. Can I get this richness tuned out? The car needs to get leaned out as it is. It was a solid 11.6 AFR on the dyno last year. Just want to make sure if I spend the money to tune it, this will be adjusted. Thanks.
Ray,
I have your 52mm TB nitrous plate. I dynoed the car last year on 150 shot and it made 110 to the wheels with it. My AFR was at 10.4 So I figure If I can get the car up to 12.8 NA, the nitrous will be right where it should be at. Any idea how much power I'll pick up NA going from 11.6 to 12.8 AFR? 355-GM847-Ported heads-T56- All bolt ons. Thanks in advance.
