i ahve a 94 trans am gt with mild bolt ons, i was thinking of going with a wet 100 shot? will that be ok for a stock internal lt-1? and will i need to retard the timing or redo my fuel system? any help/advice would be VERY apprecated...also whats the diff between wet and dry kit?

 

It will take a 100 shot all day long. A lot of people run 150 shots with no problems too. You shouldn't need to retard timing with a 100 shot on the stock tune, but I retard timing 1 degree for every 50hp because I have an aftermarket PCM tune. Upgrading the fuel pump would be a good idea, as well as a window switch.

Wet....NX

Difference is, wet kits have a fuel solenoid and spray the correct nitrous/fuel mixture into the engine based on jet sizes. With a dry kit, it only sprays nitrous into the engine, and the PCM needs to compensate and add fuel via the injectors. Stock injectors + dry kit = not a very good combo.
