How much E/T gained on 150 wetshot?

I'm contemplating on getting a 150 wet shot of N20 on my LT1...

Hotcam Kit, 3.23, stock stall and usual bolt-ons...

thanks...

Ahh, 1.2 seconds. The same as a buddy of mine gained with his 150 shot.... Makes me jealous!

In due time...

It's 2.1 seconds, spraying at the crack of the throttle. hehehe

She definetly built excitment to the 60' mark.

When I tested it on the street, I knew I was in for a pleasant surprise.

Your daughter's probably kept you up, like mine does.

The only thing not stock on my car is the trans. There was just no way to justify the cost of a converter and a beefy 4L60E. Everything else is stock.

I tuned a real, real, real conservative hot camed camaro that went 11.80 @ 116 on a small kit.

I see you have a hot cam (good cam).

When and if he lets me set up the rest of the car 10s will be a cake walk.

I'm starting to think there is more than most folks realize with these stock LT1 powertrains.

Nitrous is the best power adder in terms of mileage, driveability, and power per $ spent. I'd get more than excited.

I need to clarify something about the times in the sig. The 12.39 was with a DA of -500ft. The 11.80 was with a DA of 1500ft. So a difference of 2000ft. can be significant. Oh yes, there's more to be found in the ole girl.

You're confusing me with all that DA stuff. So the 11.80 could be better with better weather?

So you're ready to go 10s? I'll call. First I need to finish the white car, then get the black car on propane, all hopefully before daughter #2 comes.

In the mean time If you want to step up a little bit call and we'll make some small changes in the timing to keep you safe.

my 98 went from 13.4 stock to 11.97 on the 150 shot and that was running rich on the spray and hitting it at the 60 ft mark. i am also having torque management probs that is preventing the tranny from shifting right so i am losing time there also. but i also have a tnt wet kit so my 150 shot is closer to 200. hope this helps.
