How to maintain pressure w/ 15 lb bottle
I recently put a NX kit on my car, and I went with a 15 lb bottle so I wouldn't have to refill so often. I got the NX bottle heater, but I still have trouble getting to 900psi and the bottle is almost full. Does anyone make a blanket for a 15lb bottle? I appriciate any suggestions.

Yes, NX makes a blanket for the 10 and 15lb bottles. Make sure you have large wires running to the bottle heater. They take alot of power to get working. It should be hot to the touch when its working right. It usually takes about 15 minutes to heat my 15lber from around 600-1000psi. If you arent driving your car, the battery probably wont be able to supply enough power to really get it hot. I hook up a 75 amp battery charger to get the heater going.

Here is a picture of one. Let me know if you have any other questions. They are really thick, and made nice. Better then some other brands on the market.

Ok, one other question and it might be stupid. It's not thick enough to be a problem fitting in the bottle brackets is it? This is the first car I've ever sprayed, so it's all pretty new to me.
