will a nos dry kit for a 98 maro work on a 94?

Not out of the box. The LS1 dry kits spray thru the MAF, and expect the PCM to adjust fuel delivery to compensate. The LT1 MAF and PCM can't work that way, so the LT1 dry setups hook to the vacuum port on the fuel pressure regulator, and force extra fuel in that way.
A fair number of the parts in the kit will be the same though.
