Help me choose a starter kit.

I don't know what kit to buy, I went to the track tonite and I want to get some juice for the next time I go. I'm just lookin for like a 75 hp shot. Any info will be really helpful. I plan on buying the kit within the next month and also plan on installing it myself. The only other mod I have is a magnaflow cat back. Thanks guys

I have the nitrous works GM EFI kit, and I love it. But all the kits are generally the same, especially when dealing with a 75 shot. Make sure you use a Wide Open Throttle switch with it (it should come with it) and gap your plugs tighter (you have to change plugs, factory platinum plugs are not acceptable, you need at least a plug that is one stage colder and copper). Good luck. If you need any help or need to be talked through the install, email me. chevy99ss350@hotmail.com I'll be glad to help you out with any problems.

If it is your first time, it will probably take you roughly 2-4 hours to do, depending on how much wiring you have to do (window switch, WOT switch.....) Mounting the bottle in the spare tire well and the wiring were the hardest parts for me. Oh yeah, mounting the WOT switch drives some people nuts, but I have a way that will literally take you 2 minutes, I'll take pics and email you.

common among the v6ers is the NOS 5175 kit.

I cannot remember about '99s but do you have a drive by wire throttle body?
