Jumper the pressure switch to test, or just ground that terminal.

the ground wire off the relay you have running to the pressure switch, bypass that directly to ground to see if the relay responds and the heater kicks on. Your pressure may be high enough already or the switch might be defective or need adjustment.

there is no ground for the relay!~

huh? there has to be. I looked at your post on the other forum. The pressure switch is the ground. You better read your directions again. Term 85 is usually the ground .

i thought u mean the realy was ground...sorry bout that!

what i was going to do is just take the 2 wires off the heater and make sure it actually heats up!

fixed it...the damn adjuster screw was shut off!!
