Dual Walbro pumps - stock fuel lines
I currently have two Walbro pumps. The 340 is in the car and my old 255 is sitting on the shelf. This winter I am putting my NX Gen II kit back on the car this winter and need to supply enough fuel for the 383 + a 200 shot.
I am thinking of installing both Walbro pumps in the tank, side by side, connected to the stock fuel lines with a Y pipe set up. My plan is to have the 340 running all the time for the motor and have the 255 power on when the N2O master switch is turned on. I am hoping this will provide enough volume for both the N2O and engine.
My question is are the stock lines large enough to handle the volume necessary and maintaine 45 psi when under full load? Is anyone running this type of set up?

I think the stock fuel supply line is 3/8", and the return is slightly smaller. I run a total of 800HP off a -6AN supply line, which is about the same size as the stock line. Dual Bosch pumps feeding 64# injectors at 58psi.
>I receive an email from either Racetronix or DMS and they mentioned that the stock fuel line can support up to 700ish (650-700 hp) before going to an -6 lines .
I don't if it's true , but go to www.racetronix.com and email Jack .

It is not only the line size that determines the supported HP.
For more insight into pump flow and supported HP please see my post here: http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...5&pagenumber=2
