Do I need a tune for a dry shot?
Do I need a tune for a dry shot?
I'm getting dyno tuned this weekend, but I might be getting a killer deal on a dry kit later on and was wondering if I would need to get tuned for a dry kit, or does it richen up naturally when you spray it? And I would get an ignition box to retard the timing. Also, would 32lb injectors be enough for 400rwhp n/a then a 100 shot?
*edit*
Nevermind, I did some searching and it looks like dry kits that spray through the MAF don't work on LT1's, the kit I would buy is coming off an LS1 that sprays through the MAF.

Don't feel bad, Lousy kit anyway
......I've seen more than a few LS1's not make the correct nesessary fuel changes needed by spraying nitrous right into the MAF......this is considered by many to be about the highest risk for damage kit on the market......my buddies cars plugs would read drasticly different on just about every pass(even burnt some plug groundstraps clean off), before we removed this kit and went with a wet kit that still works perfect....
