Post Considering Nitrous..........a few questions.

ive got 90,000 miles on the car in sig. is it even a good idea to add a power adder right now? will it be too much stres on the engine? if not, then what would be the best kit for me to run? wet/dry? im a newbie, and just learning about nitrous, and would appreciate any advice you could give me.

Ryan, there are many people on this board with many more miles with nitrous with no problems, just set it up right. I would go with a wet kit, im going with the NX kit, due to the fact tbyrnemotorsports, has awesome sale prices through august 31st.
By the way, i finished the headers and the car runs awesome, thanks for the help

By the nitrous expess kit put the 150 jets in and buy some drag radials. Hold on tight. I had 85000 on my car when I put the nitrous on, no problems. Buy an ignition with a rev limiter. You may want to consider a window switch. The best thing is you ar in AZ, like me in Fla we don't need bottle heaters. The nx kit is really easy to install also. If you buy the kit and need advice let me know.

I think the best start up kit is a use 5115 dry NOS kit you can get them from mustang guys for under $200. run it 75hp or less you can screw up a few time an it will not break anything. once you are comfortabe with it sell the kit for what you paid to a nother newbie and buy a nx wet kit. The NX wet kit is a much beter kit. but like riding a bike it is better it start off with a kmart special with training wheels then some lance armstrong bike. You have to crawl before you can walk. and as cheap as the nos 5115 kits are you can learn a lot and spend a little.
