Co2 with N20

Is it possible? Do I even want to know? Has anyone tried it? how about straight Co2?

I hope you're not referring to using CO2 as the enrichment part of a nitrous setup. Since CO2 is an inert gas, you would quickly turn your pistons in a nice lump of scrap aluminum (extreme lean condition).

You cannot substitute CO2 for N2O when using it as a power adder as in spraying into the TB.

Now many S/C and Turbo guys use nitrous soleniods and such to spray in front of their intercoolers to cool them down. They substitute N2O for CO2 b/c Co2 is cheaper and cools the air more than regular airflow going across the intercooler. Again, they do NOT use it as a power adder by injecting it into the motot, buy by cooling the intercooler to make more power.
