Choosing Pistons

I was wondering what kind of pistons you guys were running?? I have a 99 LS1 with heads/cam and am goin to spray it and we are rebuilding the motor so I want to go ahead and swap some in. I need valve reliefs too.

Thanks,
Adam

i dont know too much about LS1s but any type of quality forged pistons would be the way to go!

cast pistons-dont spray
hypertech pistons-spray up to 150 and higher than that pray to dont screw anything up
forged pistons-spray as much as you want

***** check out thermal coating for the tops of the pistons****
