Well, was just wondering if any of you have sprayed on that cam yet? I am doing a forged 355/ported heads/intake/cc503kit and plan on spraying. Also, what kind of times you getting if you have run it?

I be testing it out with nitrous is a few weeks if nobody else is.

Yes it did rain in the afternoon. I went any way but should of stayed home.

1st I couldnt get my program loaded up
2nd I burnt a plug wire when swapping inj.. back and forth I must of moved one up against the headder.
3rd got my bottle filled and turned it on about a 30min. from the track and when I pulled up it was leaking out like crazy.. I forgot to tighten the main line that goes into the noid.. (that really sucked) so here is what happened..
1st pass NA 1.82 60ft time 8.15 8th mile at 85mph real slugish out of the whole wouldnt spin if it had too.
Then I put street tires on it and ran a 8.04 @88mph on a 75 shot.with a 1.95 60ft time.

put the data master on it today after some black tape and boot sheild on the plug to keep it from arking(ordering a new set of plug wires) I am getting a low map error. only thing I can think it is,there is a rubber elbow coming off the pcv vavle that is collaped and torn. (cain't find one local) I am not going back untill I have everything fixed and running great it is also pulling 6* of timing out on the street NA.

So all in all just not a good day for me. but things will get better soon(I Hope)

Man sorroy to hear that. are you using an updated windows midea player? that is what they were made from so to speak.

best NA pass was a 7.90@86mph on a 1.74 60ft on street tires.Good luck on getting yours up and running.

Nice times...and 60ft for street tires. Mosty of mine is ready to go, only need the painted parts to get back and my FLPs to get here. I cant wait. Also, Im going to have madwolf do my tuning since he seems to have done an excellent job on yours. I got LT1 edit but dont know where to start for the new setup.

Also, how is the powerband on the cam? Are you happy with the topend it has?

Ion will hook you up with a tune. you can just do the email deal and save some more money. As of Know I need to get it on a dyno to see where my power band is. I have the car shifting at 6k but it really starts to pull hard at 4800+ but still has power to spin slicks on the street pretty good if I mat it off the line. Drives around nice too. I keep mine quite most of the time.(ADJ borla) but even going threw the muffler you can hear it lope.I always here people say that car has a cam in it I keep the guys in check around my neck of the woods with it. I pick up a few more ths. And the local street car guys around here wont be able to touch me. " I think"
