bottle opener dilemma

i just recently got a N.O.S.brand bottle opener for my birthday. when i was installing it i noticed that after putting the bottleopener on i had to put the line fitting on (i used teflon tape on both sides becasue its not a pipe fitting. is that right>)) then i noticed with the big ugly bottle opener i wouldnt beable to see my bottle pressure gauge . any body got any ideas. i was thinking of getting a 6 inch braided line made and puting a bracket next to my bottle or going electronic with a new gauge......

any thoughts

The electric gauge is VERY expensive. You could run a line from the back of the solenoid instead. I need to get a 6 inch braided line for my bottle opener it would make disconnects much easier.
