Best kit for stock lt1

I have a 93 z28 with almost 60,000 miles whats the best kit for me to use I want to use a jacobs progressive mastermind as well so the power is more useable. I want it to stay under a grand and I want it all to be safefor my car.
Also is it legal to have nitrous in your car i live in nj if it matters. Any help would be apreciated tia.

Which kit from nx is best. And what is better wet or dry. I know that wet is injected with fuel. Can I run a 150 shot safely? And what fuel upgrades should i get just to be sure. I also just read somewhere that the dryt kit uses the maf to trick the computer into giving more fuel but my car doesnt have a maf

I run the nitrous works power wing nozzle kit on my 93 z with no problems. I spray a 100 shot with no complaints so far.

$1k wont get you there safley IMO. Especially when you factor in a progressive controller. My dream list came to about $1400 complete with ignition, fuel pump, heater, window switch etc etc. Sure these arent all absolutly necesary, but the safer the better IMO.
