Post adding nos to stock lt1

having read alot of the post here i would like to confirm what i have gotten from it.
i should be able to add nos 100 to 150 shot to my stock lt1 z28 with no problems.providing i install the right safety devices and switches.i realize anything can happen but for the most part i shouldnt worry to much about messing my engine up or doing a rebuild\build up first like i would have too,to add turbo or supercharger.i do plan to add headers, exhaust and head work later but for now its stock with only minor mods (ram air cai,air foil.)106k on car now.running low 14s(bad reaction times)

Unless you change fuel pumps, you might wanna stay away from the 150 shot with a pump as old as yours.
I run a 150 on a stock LT1,new fuel pump, and am having fairly good results.

btw, reaction times have no affect on et.

Does anyone know if you need to upgrade the fuel pump for a dry 75-100 shot?

JC - I would suggest you seriously consider a new pump and maybe injectors since the 'dry' method pushes the pump and injectors much harder than stock or a 'wet' kit.
