75 shot = low 12.x's???

I have always been curious about nitrous! The reason I would like to use a 75 shot is......stock clutch! Check sig for mods and performance. I would like to run low 12's and wonder if a 75 shot with my nittos could get me there. And what mph would I trap around.

Will the clutch live if I what and spray until 2nd gear?

Thanks for your info

if you run a 12.69 with a 2.01 on F1's, then a low 12 on DR's with a 75 shot should nto be a problem.

Is there something wrong with buying a new clutch first before you spray the car? You're basically kicking a dead horse if you don't. You could run slower with a 75 shot if the clutch gives up.

i agree with that. i would definately get a good clutch before going low 12's. a stocker may start doing the slip and slide!

When I had the stock motor, clutch and bolt-on's I ran a best of 11.87 @ 113 MPH with a 1.77 60'. That was on Hoosier QTP's. With your 12.60's plus a 75 shot you should be able to hit low 12's if not 11's.

The clutch may or may not live. I ran mine for two years with spray, with the spray comming on at launch, and had no problems. Others have wasted their clutch long before that.
