383 build... What needs to be done?

What exactly needs to be done differently when building a motor to run nitrous with no problems? The top end in my sig will be used, so we're dealing with the block here. Stock block will be used and made a 383, all new forged internals. It will be mainly a street car, but I'd like to eventually run at least a 200 wet shot without any worries, won't be used very often though.

Thanks
