Depending how aggressive your heads/cam setup is, a larger shot of nitrous may be pushing it, it may not. Its always a hit or miss, but something you should keep in mind by keeping a rebuild in mind for the future. Make sure you are getting plenty of fuel and you may have to have some timing reduced.

I already have 3 degrees pulled outta the timing with the 100 shot. I run ET Streets and they are hooking so far. I launch at 4000 RPM. Oh, forgot to mention my car is a 6-speed. What I read is pretty much what I'm hearing. It's pretty much a chance the motor might blow and it might hold together....no way of really knowing. Just roll the dice and see what happens......

MT ET Streets and an M6.... you have a better chance of blowing your rearend first rather then the engine.

It's on the edge, stock LT1 pistons are crap. Make sure you pull enough timing to keep it out of detonation. I promise you the very first time you get detonation while spraying you'll break a ring land. So, spray it, have fun, and plan on building a new engine soon anyway--that's the safest plan

I wouldnt push the stock bottom end much past 550 fwhp, I wont push mine much past 500. I would say a 150 shot on a h/c motor making over 400 on motor would hold up 4 a while, but keep a new motor in the back of your mind.

468rwhp here on a 115 shot. Only 4 passes so far, but will bump it up to a 150 shot. Looking for a high 10 or breakage, we will see which comes first.

Yes I did Chris, the new Yank lowered the NA pull compared to the smaller Vig., as it should. 353rwhp unlocked, SAE. The fuel pill is a couple of sizes to big for now and they pulled 8 degrees of timing with the 685 box. Trying to play it safe and sneak up on the 150 shot.

Yes I did, and if you have so much time on your hands, bouncing between web sites, get your butt over here and start taking it apart.
