How many seconds of non stop spraying is that?

And how many runs approx?

I figure I'll have a window switch, sinec I have a M6 that will start it spraying at 2500 and shut it off say 5000.

Why shut it off at 5,000rpm? Set it to go "off" just a hunrded rpm below your rev limiter.

~1lb/100hp/10 sec. So with a 125hp shot you will use 10lbs in ~80 sec, but you can't get 10lbs out of a 10lb, more like 8lbs. So figure ~60sec.

I was getting 4 SOLID runs with a 100 shot. Low 13 second timeslips with proper purging.

With a 150 shot and high 12 second times I can get 2 solid runs and a third half-assed run sputtering and popping with richness All outta nitrous.

Possibly 3 good runs if I didn't "test" the system with a short blast or two on the street before entering the track. Goodluck!

So how big of a bottle can I fit in the spare tire compartment? I figure I've already used my tire for a good 4500 miles or so, I ought to ditch it...

Think I can fit one big 10lb bottle and a spare 5lb? It'll be a spare nitrous compartment, hehe.

Well in a thirdgen a 10 lb bottle fits with room to spare. I wouldnt want to go much bigger than a 10 lb bottle in that tight of a space keeping in mind that you will have to pull the bottle in and out fairly often.

A 15# bottle will fit fine in a 4th gen in the spare tire well. I even have a remote opener on mine and it still clears.

15lb bottle with a remote opener can fit, nice and snug... a buddy of mine has a 15lb bottle in the spare tire compartment of his '98 SS, with a romote opener, and heater, fits perfect.

with no purge, no bottle heater or guage or nada, i think i ripped off a good 7-8 runs b4 it was done... tough to tell bc with nothing letting me know how much it had in her, and sometimes only hittin it for a bit of a run or an 1/8 mile, but probably 7-8 full runs

(lower RPM module always breaks from MSD, that pos, so it was wired to spray from whenever i turn it on (2500-3500ish) up to 5800 rpms, shift around 6k)
