Upgrades

Hello all...
I have a 4th gen z28. I'm looking for a 'reputable and honest' perfomance parts retailer / installer in so cal (LA area if possible). I'm looking along the lines of int /exhaust manifolds and systems, as well as suspension and brake systems.....

I gotta keep the cobras down......

I've got a set of Hotchkis Performance Rear Springs for sale.

I know what you mean about the Cobras. We can go blown but over 8#s we need a FMU (like FAST), Injector Upgrade, Ignition Upgrade, Bottom End build-up, etc...

I just raced a Mustang over the weekend after his bolt ons and still beat him. He's pissed and the next time I see him he'll have a Kenne-Bell TwinScrew Supercharger ($6k). I'm thinking of a wet N20 150 shot to add to my 320 RWHP... 470 RWHP should take him out... again!

If you are looking for a performance shop, there are several that will do the work. One is in Santa Ana and the other is in Huntington Beach. There is no exclusive shops that sell Camaro Performance Parts solely and does the installs... yet.

If you go with Baer brakes you can install them yourself in your garage without too much trouble since they do not require you to remove the steering knuckles. Many suspension parts (LCAs, panhard bar, swaybars, rear shocks) you can also install yourself. You may also be able to do headers. I did have my catback installed at a muffler shop, though, because it involves welding.
As for vendors, I like to patronize sponsors on this board and have bought several parts from TByrne.
