Question So how is Santa Rosa/Sonoma County, CA?

I may have a chance to go visit this area in the Spring, and was just wondering what it's like over there. The pictures I've seen were absolutely beautiful! Is there anything to do in Santa Rosa?

Thanks.

I love Somona County! I have friends that live near SR and I visit everytime i get the chance. Unfortunately, it is rather quiet. Not much to do except to drive to San Francisco (about 1hr - non-rush hour) for city life. Traffic on 101 sucks during the week. There's a lot of rice there too. The local track just got a multi-million dollar renovation - Sears Point/Infineon Raceway. It's 17 ft above sea level and the Bay area weather is great - average temp in the 60's/70's - although SR/Somona gets into the 90/100's in the summer but it's NOT muggy.
