Hey good luck fighting your ticket. I fought a few of those years ago and won. Just don't get shy when you have to talk to the judge.
Anyway, with regards to street racing and having your vehicle taken away. This is total bull****. The law has gone too far. Do you think these street cops will be able to inforce this? Heck no, they won't. They can't even keep the regular speed limit under control. The other night, I heard some guys street racing near my house for hours and they were quite loud. What does that tell ya.
It takes too much opinion as to whether there actually is a street race or not. You see cars racing each other all the time around here in Socal. Should they lose there cars because of this. Hell no. No wonder why the state has gone broke. The ****ing politicians have lost their minds.
