Need work done in Denver

Need work done in Denver
I will be bringing my Z28 up from Texas. It will need to stay with texas plates as I have no emissions but I need to know who works on these cars up here. Other wise I will have to have the car worked on down there because I am familiar with the auto performance shops there. This is what I will need:
New clutch and rear main seal replacement.
R and R spark plugs, ( if I dont have the time)
And the part that Im most conerned with..replacing the long tube headers. I know there is some kind of law that prohibits repair centers on working on vehicles that have been modified like this, but since I have texas plates I need to know if this pertains to me. I need some names and numbers ASAP please. Thanks in advance.
