It's tough to say. A locked injector could cause a lean condition / misfire. Especially if it is intermittant. I have several scantools at my disposal that can read your codes. They don't always indicate the failure, but that something is out of spec.
It wouldn't hurt to put in the MMO. But I could pull your codes anyways. What year is your Camaro?

Carguy - It sounds like you addressed the Ignition issue but we should still check out the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp). You still have many other options to check but the codes would be a big help…
Fuel – Fuel Pump, Regulator, or Filter
Sticking Throttle Cable – Disconnect and spray some Teflon lubricant down the cable (inside)
TPS – corrosion, bad connection, out of adjustment, or malfunction
ISC – Malfunction or Dirty
O2 – Bad sensors (could be from a coolant leak)
Something not connected to the sensors or the mice may be eating the insulation
Vacuum leaks – but you said it was intermittent so this isn’t likely
I'm really curious what codes they pull...

Wild1- What makes MMO better or different than putting Seafoam in the gas tank? I ask this because I did'nt mention that I did the Seafoam thing a couple weeks before I did the opti/coil/plugs/waterpump.
MMO is more of a lubricant even though it does clean. It will help lubricate the rubber (Injector pintle seats, o-rings in the fuel pump, etc.).
Marvel Mystery Oil can be added to gas or oil (not synthetic). It combats internal motor rust and corrosion, lubricates valves, piston rings, upper cylinder walls, and eliminates valve sticking. Keeps rings free and reduces piston and cylinder wear. Also keeps fuel pump and carburetor parts clean, eliminating the need for frequent adjusting. Marvel Mystery Oil retards formation of power dissipating motor deposits, such as gums, varnish, and sludge.
SeaFoam is great! It is primarily a cleaner/decarbonizer.
I hope that helps...

I bought my Z from showcase chevrolet! So yeah, it's close and I just want to do a catback, no headers yet. JD's is literally right by my house. I live at beach/garfield. So I could practically walk there. This is so cool. Thanks a a lot!
No problem....
Cat-Backs really aren't that difficult. Takes about 3-4 hours. I did mine in the driveway.
When I did the headers, I was glad I had the shop at the time and access to a lift. If you're handy with tools, we can guide you through it.
