There is only one place to go "ProGear" they did a wonderful job on my vehicle :

http://www.progeardifferentials.com/

They have one guy there that does nothing but GM rearends all day long. It is a very professional shop.

Ask for Mark.

Sir, you posted a question, I gave you the name of an EXTREEMLY RELIABLE shop, that many people on these boards have used, with no problems whatsoever. You called them, and they gave you their price. THAT DOES NOT MAKE THEM CROOKS, that only makes you ignorant for posting such a statement.

DO THE INSTALL YOURSELF, and see how good it comes out.

Don't ask people for help, and then turn around and bite the hand.

I am not flaming you.....i am flaming the company. Incase there was any confusion there, I appreciate the suggestion. So dont take it personal. Also....if your charging $400 in JUST labor you are a CROOK. That doesnt make me ignorant, it makes me sensible. As far as doing the install myself, I can and I have done many in the past. Its not a matter of not knowing how, its a matter of no longer having the time to do it.
